Wall Street Indexes Rising Second Day In Row

 Wall Street indexes have risen a second day in a row. And while the reason on Tuesday was Ben Bernanke's soothing promise the that the Fed would help again, last night's share price rises were due to the comforting news, that Europe was making the necessary efforts to recapitalize banks and ensure stability in the area. The DOW JONES INDUS. AVG rose by 1.21 percent to 10,940 points. The S&P 500 INDEX grew by 1.79% to 1,144 points. The NASDAQ COMPOSITE INDEX added 2.32 percent to 2,460 points. Markets in Asia also grew.
